These Terms of Usage govern your access and use of this Site. By accessing or using this Site you agree to be bound by these Terms of Usage and to any additional guidelines, restrictions, or rules that may be posted in connection with specific sections or services of this Site.
DoPrint reserves the right to make changes to this Site and to these Terms of Usage at any time without prior notice. You should review these Terms of Usage each time you access this Site.
You also agree that we may provide legal communications and notices to you electronically, by posting them on our website or by sending an email to the address you provided when you registered. You may withdraw consent to receive communications electronically by contacting customer care; however, you must then discontinue use of your account.
All terms and conditions and/or transactions occurring online at www.doprint.com or by phone are subject to the laws of the State of California. DoPrint is not responsible for delays or damages resulting from machinery breakdown, acts of God, or other actions, governmental or otherwise, including war, riot, seizure, and embargo. The tools available on www.doprint.com to create documents are the property of DoPrint and its affiliated companies. The Buyer's order shall be deemed acceptance of the Seller's terms. These Terms and Conditions shall in all respects be governed by the laws of the State of California.
All orders are subject to acceptance by DoPrint. We reserve the right to reject any order at any time without recourse. We also reserve the right to change the price at any time, even after we receive the order.
Due to the nature of the product, no returns can be made once the order is processed and/or shipped. Any claims for defects, damages, or shortages must be made in writing within two (2) business days of receipt. We will replace only orders that were processed incorrectly, and only after the returned merchandise is received. We will not replace an order determined to have been misused or mishandled by the buyer, or if part of the order was already used.
If the Buyer's credit card is declined, DoPrint will not process the order. If the order is shipped and the Buyer's account becomes delinquent, the Buyer agrees to pay a monthly finance charge of 2% (24% APR) on the unpaid balance. If an account goes past its payment due date, future purchases may require advance payment unless other arrangements are made. If DoPrint must take legal action to enforce these terms, the Buyer agrees to pay reasonable legal fees and costs.
DoPrint makes no explicit warranty and accepts no responsibility beyond the possible replacement of products purchased. DoPrint may, but does not guarantee, the replacement of a defective product or a credit of the purchase price.
Shipping terms are F.O.B. our facility in Burbank, CA, unless otherwise specified on your order confirmation or invoice. For certain custom orders, DoPrint may arrange and pay for shipping directly - in those cases, the shipping terms for that order will be noted on the order confirmation. DoPrint will arrange shipping with the carrier on behalf of the buyer. Unless DoPrint has agreed to cover shipping for a specific order, the Buyer is responsible for shipping and handling costs. DoPrint is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage while the order is with the shipping carrier.
DoPrint will not be liable in contract or tort, including negligence, for incidental or consequential damages arising from performance or nonperformance of our obligations. DoPrint is not liable for financial losses, costs, expenses, damages, or other economic losses. The Buyer agrees not to hold DoPrint or its affiliated companies responsible for claims, demands, actions, or proceedings alleging that ordered work violates copyrights, trademarks, service marks, or any person's right to privacy or other personal rights.
DoPrint and its affiliated companies will not refund orders that were already shipped or cancelled after processing began.
By providing your phone number and agreeing to receive text messages from DoPrint, verbally with a sales representative or through our website, you consent to receive SMS/MMS messages about pricing, order confirmations, proof approvals, and pickup/delivery updates.
